We now offer our full color twill patches as an option for your custom headwear. These are made right here in house in northwest Florida. We do not outsource your work overseas!

Due to the different variables for this type of work, we ask that you fill out this order request form so we can respond back with an accurate quote. There is a minimum order quantity of (12) for the twill patch hats. You can have 12 different hats if you want, but for printing processes we require 12 of the same patch.
Our patches are dye sub printed to get a full range of color and detail. We use our high end twill fabric for printing that is sewn (not heat pressed) onto each hat. There are 2 options for the edge of your patches.
1. Our standard raw edge that is laser cut with our thread in house stitching creating the beautiful border. This option is available on all patch shapes including contour cut like our dog image.
2. Our new thick merrowed edge that is a very thick threaded border. This option is launching in February and is only recommended for standard patch shapes (not contour shapes).
