Request Digital Proof Before Ordering

This is only if you want to see a digital proof before placing an order. We do not charge setup fees for our products, but we get asked frequently about seeing a digital proof before purchases. We will send digital proofs for approval before open orders go into production if you requested one during the order process for $1.

If you want us to work up a digital proof prior to placing an order, that is what this is for. There is a $15 fee for this. Again this is not required to place an order, but is put into place because in the past we have spent time developing artwork and proofs before an order is placed resulting in the potential customer(s) never placing an order or taking the artwork we created elsewhere.

We charge a $1 digital proof fee if you are placing an order during the online build process and want to see a digital proof before production. If you do not need a digital proof, there is a free option to opt out. This $15 fee is only if you are not in the process of placing an order, but want to see your logo on a patch shape first. If you move forward with your order at a later time, we will refund $14 back on your proof minus the $1 for the digital proof fee. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive artwork.

We are designers long before hat makers and take extreme pride in our craft. In order to keep our operations running smoothly and as fast as possible, we only develop artwork and proofs for those customers that have already paid for their products. If we did free digital proofs all day….we would never get our open “paid” orders completed.

We save all artwork under your name after you place an order with us so it is saved forever and ready to go for future orders.
