All leather patches are burned and cut for your order right here in our back warehouse using full American Steer hides sourced from Weaver Leather in Millersburg, OH. All woven fabric patches are dye-sub printed by our team in our store print shop paired with our merrow machine for threaded edging. We personally sew each patch onto every single order to last the lifetime of your hat. “Never heat pressed” Some patch colors utilize a faux leather (leatherette) where noted to have options that real leather cannot fill. We do not recommend washing our leather patch hats. When leather gets wet it can shrink, fade, or bleed depending on the tanning process. Harsh detergents may damage the leather. We suggest spot cleaning with a soft brush if you need to clean anything.
