Growing up with my dad, we were always in the woods riding horseback with our quail hunting bird dogs at our side. Northwest Florida has a rich history of quail hunting. At one point in the 1990’s quail were nearly wiped out in our area. They have made a comeback and to celebrate a huge part of my childhood tradition and the rising population in quail once again, we have released our Quail Hunter hat in our old school camo. Available in 4 different color combos.  
Our custom made-to-order handcrafted leather patch hats are created with pride and integrity in Florida using only the finest materials. All of our hats are finished by hand. Our top grain leather is laser engraved, cut and then sealed to ensure a rich finish that creates a unique and beautifully finished product.

Description

Our specialized process and care is what sets our leather patch hats apart from the others. All of our patches are applied by hand using a trusted leather bonding agent that we have used for years. Rather than sewing our patches on, we use a method that we know and trust that also helps keep our hats priced honest and fair. 

We are a small home business so please be patient while each product is handmade in Florida to order and treated with our unique leather process.

We use only the best leather from a company based out of Ohio, USA. The natural vegetable tanned leather patch has a 3-4 oz. thickness and is custom cut from a full leather hide in house. 

Since these are laser engraved that involves charring the leather, we use a leather sealant to help seal the char. To avoid smudging we advise to please avoid rubbing the engraved artwork. The char will settle in but when you first open your box just take in the beauty, 

While leather can get wet, please avoid washing even with a proper hat cage for your washing machine.
