ORDERS: All orders are custom made meaning they are made to order. Depending on the amount of orders that come through from customers, wait times for an item can take 1-2 weeks until they are shipped. After the item is made it is then usually shipped within 2 days of completion.
Orders are fulfilled in the sequence that they are received. This prevents a customer from getting their item pushed back in the production line. This ensures fair and proper treatment of all customers.
SHIPPING: Currently only shipping to customers in USA from our website. Contact us for international orders.
We ship USPS First Class Mail and Priority. In some cases we use FedEx Home Delivery and may offer expedited shipping at your cost. We always use the most affordable shipping that includes tracking.
PAYMENT: All online orders are processed through PayPal but you may also use a credit or debit card during checkout. Alternately you may use PayPal.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES: All sales are final since they are handmade. However, if there is an error or defect on your order, we will offer a complete refund or exchange upon return receipt and complete product inspection.
