We now offer our full color twill patches as an option for your custom headwear. You can add this option inside each of our listings now. No minimum. These are made right here in house in northwest Florida. We do not outsource your work overseas!

Our patches are dye sub printed to get a full range of color and detail. We use our high end twill fabric for printing that is sewn (not heat pressed) onto each hat. These are finished with our thick merrowed (sewn) edge. This is only recommended for standard patch shapes (not contour shapes).
